If for some reason you no longer want an item purchased from us, we will gladly accept the return within 7 days of order receipt. The product must be unopened and unused. All products must be returned with the original identification / security tags on the items untouched.

If the tags have been removed or tampered with, we cannot accept the item. In order for us to accept the return however, the customer must contact us first by email and receive a return number and further instruction on how to proceed with the return. Once the package is received, the customer will be credited the full amount minus shipping and handling charges within 7 business days. This also applies to orders that were elligible for free shipping. Please include original invoice with the returned package to ensure a speedy processing of the return.
